Things to Know from Ski Touring Tromsø/Lyngen in a Cabin
A week with an exceptional guide like Núria Picas or Jordi Tosas skiing in the Arctic paradise. If you’re passionate about ski touring, this is your trip. We’ll stay in a beautiful cabin with a private sauna right above the sea. All-inclusive: guide, cars, fuel, sauna… a full week of ski mountaineering from the sea to the summit.
The Lyngen Peninsula is known for being a magical, postcard-perfect place—and for good reason. We’ve fallen in love with it and have been organizing ski trips between Lofoten and Lyngen for many years. The ski options are endless, and we have peaks suitable for all levels.
The main airport in the region is Tromsø, a hub with many flight connections. From there, we’ll pick up the vehicles and head to our beautiful cabin, which will be our base for the week. Groceries will be bought collectively, and costs will be shared among all participants. There’s also the option to book a DELUXE package that includes meals and a chef (for private groups).
The cabin is located in Koppangen, right among the best mountains in Lyngen. For some peaks, we can start skiing directly from the cabin, while others are a 15–35 minute drive away. We’re about 20 minutes by car from Lyngseidet, the main town with plenty of restaurants to visit.
You can either book an individual spot and join an open group or create your own private group of friends. Maximum capacity is 7 people plus a mountain guide. We organize the weeks based on levels and goals. If you’re interested, we’ll send you a form to match you with the group that best suits your profile.
