You must be in good physical shape and used to training 5–6 days a week. Equipment must be race-specific (boots + skis + bindings < 2 kg).

Week 2 (Ski Touring)

This week is for those looking to improve technical and physical aspects in order to tackle more demanding ski touring routes. Previous ski mountaineering experience is required.

Week 3 (Masters +50)

This new format ensures groups are better aligned with similar skill levels and goals, creating a compact and cohesive training week.
